Our Mission

Our mission is to provide inclusive community engagement services that support independence, relationships, and quality of life. We focus on real-world experiences that honor individual choice and encourage growth in ways that feel safe, respectful, and empowering.

What We Believe

  • A woman and a man shake hands outdoors in a park with green trees in the background, both smiling at each other.

    Dignity and Respect

We support each person as a whole individual, with strengths, preferences, and goals that deserve to be honored.

  • A diverse group of six people smiling and hugging outdoors in a park with green trees in the background.

    Inclusion and Belonging

Community is for everyone. We create opportunities that promote participation and connection in welcoming spaces.

  • Group of four diverse people smiling and interacting outdoors, with one man in a wheelchair, surrounded by trees and greenery.

    Person-Centered Support

Support should fit the individual, not the other way around. We take time to understand what matters most and build from there.

Our Approach

Our approach is grounded in respect, inclusion, and intentional support. We meet individuals where they are, focus on their interests, and provide encouragement that builds confidence over time. Community engagement should feel natural and meaningful, so we prioritize experiences that reflect real life, real relationships, and real goals.

Who We Serve

We serve adults age 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are interested in engaging with their communities in meaningful ways. Our services support individuals who want to build social connections, explore personal interests, and participate in everyday community activities with guidance and encouragement.
